RULEMAKING NOTICE

In accordance with N.C.G.S. 150B-21.2(c), NC Landscape Contractors’ Licensing Board (Board) hereby gives notice to all interested persons that the Board has reviewed all of the previously submitted administrative rules to the Office of Administrative Hearings – Rules Review Commission and designated all as necessary for the administration of duties and responsibilities of the licensing board.

Members of the public may submit oral or written comments on any of the established rules from April 16, 2024 through June 30, 2024 by contacting the Board’s Executive Administrator:
